Before booking a grooming appointment, please confirm your dog’s coat condition and weight. If there is a discrepancy in your booking, we will review it on the day of the service. It is important to provide accurate information to avoid any issues or misunderstandings.

The grooming times listed on our website are general estimates. The exact duration of the grooming session depends on several factors, including:
- Dog Coat Condition: Tangles, mats, and the general condition of your dog’s coat.
- Dog Behavior: Your dog’s temperament and how they respond to grooming.
On average, grooming appointments take between 1.5 to 4 hours. Please note that scissor cuts and Asian Fusion style cuts may require additional time.

To accept your dog for grooming, you must review and agree to our salon policies, service details, terms, and conditions. It is essential that you have read and understood these terms for us to provide the best care for your dog.

For scissor cuts and Asian Fusion style cuts, our staff will double-check your dog’s coat before confirming the appointment. Due to the complexity of these styles, we cannot guarantee that all scissor cut bookings can be accepted. We will inform you if we are unable to proceed with the requested style.

Wash & Dry
A basic wash service with shampoo and conditioner, including blow dry, brush, and dog cologne.
Wash & Tidy Up
Includes wash & dry, ear clean, nail clip, eye/paw trim, hygiene clip
Full Groom
A popular service includes wash & tidy up, hand scissoring for head, paw and tail, clipper cut the whole body, hair length < 1.3cm, provides a minimal style for your dog
Scissors Cut
Hand scissoring all over, give dogs their own specific style, body hair length >1.3cm. This service is only for dogs that are well maintained, well behaved and regularly groomed.

Step 1 - Gentle Wash and Dry (14 - 16 weeks)
Our gentle wash and dry service helps puppies become familiar with the process and reduces anxiety related to grooming as they grow older. It establishes positive associations with grooming, making future grooming sessions more comfortable for both the pup and the groomer.

Step 2 - Comfortable Wash and Tidy Up (18 - 20 weeks)
This service is introducing puppies to regular grooming sessions helps instill good grooming habits that they will carry with them throughout their lives.. We'll trim their fur around the eyes, paws, and sanitary areas, ensuring they stay comfortable and cute.

Step 3 - Enjoyable Full Groom (20 - 24 weeks)
Last step of the program is treat your puppy to the ultimate grooming experience with our full groom service. It includes a luxurious bath, expert coat trimming or styling, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and a finishing touch of paw-dicure. Your pup will come out looking absolutely adorable!
